Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential franchise partners through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
Present franchise opportunities persuasively and manage end-to-end sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify high-potential territories.
Qualify leads and negotiate franchise terms.
Coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
Represent Boss Wallah at franchise events and maintain CRM data.
Build strong relationships with franchise partners for long-term success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business/Marketing (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation & lead-generation skills.
Understanding of franchise models and CRM tools.
Self-driven, target-focused, and flexible to travel.
