Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Backend/Systems Engineer with 2–3 years of experience and a
good foundation in backend technologies. The candidate must have hands-on experience
with Python, SQL, Linux and Bash, along with good programming fundamentals and
knowledge of relational databases.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop, deploy, maintain, and enhance backend services, APIs, and server-side logic.
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python.
● Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and integrations.
● Identify, troubleshoot, and debug complex backend issues effectively.
● Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 2–3 years of backend development experience.
● Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Python and SQL
● Good understanding of Linux Fundamentals and Bash
● Solid understanding of relational databases.
● Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills
● Experience with Django Framework
● Experience with PHP and Laravel framework.
● Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS or GCP).
● Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
● Experience with Javascript / Frontend development
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
