Role Overview
We’re hiring an SEO & YouTube Content Specialist who understands how YouTube discovery and search-driven content power brand growth. This role is YouTube-first, focused on performance optimization, analytics, and creating supporting content to amplify reach across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and optimize YouTube performance (CTR, Watch Time, Retention)
- Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, chapters & thumbnails
- Do keyword & topic research for YouTube Search & Browse
- A/B test hooks, titles & thumbnails
- Share insights with editors & designers
- Support SEO for blogs and landing pages
- Create carousel posts & repurpose YouTube content
Requirements
- 2–4 years in YouTube SEO / content / growth
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm & analytics
- Experience with brand-led YouTube channels
- Ability to turn data into action
- Familiar with YouTube Studio, GA, Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Portfolio showing YouTube growth + content (mandatory)
